25 Jan e-Resolve, Cognition24, Salesforce …. what it means for you!
I’d like to share some exciting news from us here at e-Resolve. We’re giving ourselves an upgrade by merging with another great company, Cognition24, that will add outstanding Salesforce expertise to our range of services.
As you know, e-Resolve is a leading light in getting to grips with its customers’ challenges and applying Oracle ERP, HR and change management solutions that truly deliver on their needs. I want to emphasise that this will never change for our current customers (apart from a huge upside – more on that in a moment). I’ll remain at the helm and ensure we continue to deliver the high-quality results they have come to expect.
And now we’re joining forces with Cognition24, a specialist Salesforce consultancy. This gives us the opportunity to help organisations like yours make even faster, better data-powered decisions that’ll improve business outcomes and the working lives of you and your colleagues.
I’d therefore like to introduce Tim Chisnall, the founder of Cognition24, and a leading Salesforce expert. In the new role of Commercial Director, he brings an unrivalled knowledge of this world-leader in data-driven software solutions – in terms of its remarkable potential to power positive transformation within any organisation, as well as the technology itself.
At the same time, you’ll still be able to rely on the enterprise-level expertise – and the major project-delivery experience – that you’d expect from myself. I’ll be Managing Director of our new operation and ensuring our customers continue to lie at the very heart of everything we do.
Together, we’ll now be able to offer you the combined talents of e-Resolve and Cognition24 around smart strategic thinking, effective change-management and good governance, all underpinned by a deep understanding of the challenges organisations like yours are constantly facing.
We’ll now be operating under a single banner, that of Cognition24. The name might not be familiar to you yet – however, our quality and expertise will.
